We will push your body to its limits, get you tight and toned and allow you to take off the extra weight.

The program is designed for all fitness levels and includes Weight Training, Aerobic Activity, and Nutritional Counseling

16 small group Personal Training Sessions

8 person maximum

8 week program/16 sessions

Each session is 50 minutes

Participants will receive 20 minute Health Assessment, beginning and end of program

Fitness & Nutrition Journal

Daily Motivational support and Challenges from your trainer
