Classes are designed for ALL fitness levels.
Boot Camp: An efficient full body workout that addresses all areas of fitness including; cardio & muscular endurance/ strength, fat loss, agility, balance, flexibility, and core strength. The workout involves calisthenics and various resistance exercises such as; push-ups, planks, squats, bicep curls, and rows. There is also a variety of aerobic and anaerobic exercises, for example; spinning, jump roping, jumping jacks, running/jogging, and step.
Circuit Training: A complete body workout that includes a combination of high/low intensity aerobics and resistance training. Each class is designed to be easy to follow, target fat loss, build muscle, and improve heart-lung fitness. Each participant will move immediately from one exercise to another, hitting a variety of different muscle groups, until all major muscle groups have been worked. The circuit of activities can include weight machines, free weights, callisthenic exercises, exercise bands, and variety of cardio equipment.
Cardio Core & More: A class designed to offer a little bit of everything. Classes will vary with step, cardio box, bosu cardio training, sports training and muscle conditioning. Every class will end with core (abs & back) and stretching work. Come prepared for a good cardio workout!
GYROKINESIS®: Incorporates many key principles from yoga, dance, gymnastics and tai-chi. Systematically and gently works the joints and muscles through rhythmic and undulating exercises. Movement stimulates the bodys internal organs and different corresponding breathing patterns are integrated. Invigorates and re-educates the body to move with fluidity, relaxation and power.
Stretch and Core: This 60-minute class focuses on abs, back, balance and rotational exercises to strengthen the core, improve performance and increase the quality of activities of daily living.
