Boot Camp:   An efficient full body workout that addresses all areas of fitness including; cardio & muscular endurance/ strength, fat loss, agility, balance, flexibility, and core strength. The workout involves calisthenics and various resistance exercises such as; push-ups, planks, squats, bicep curls, and rows. There is also a variety of aerobic and anaerobic exercises, for example; spinning, jump roping, jumping jacks, running/jogging, and step. Cardio Blast - Wipe away the stress of the day in this fun and energizing class using mini tramps, bosu balls, medicine balls and other tools.  This class uses adaptations to accommodate any level welcome. Come have a blast!

Circuit Training:  Interval training in which strength exercises are combined with endurance/aerobic exercises, combining the benefits of both a cardiovascular and strength training workout.
Easy Does It - Total Body Workout-For those who are new to exercise or just getting back into it. Learn how to strength train with free weights and use gym cardio equipment." I have two people that will come if I can offer that time.

GYROKINESIS®:  Incorporates many key principles from yoga, dance, gymnastics and tai-chi. Systematically and gently works the joints and muscles through rhythmic and undulating exercises. Movement stimulates the body’s internal organs and different corresponding breathing patterns are integrated.  Invigorates and re-educates the body to move with fluidity, relaxation and power.

Nordic Walking:  Nordic Walking is regular walking made up to 40% more effective by the use of specifically designed hand-held Nordic Walker® poles. With the correct Nordic Walker® technique, you can burn up to 40% more calories than regular walking, strengthen your upper body, and reduce the stress on the joints!

Spin:  Spinning is an unmatched way to make your fitness goals a reality. With no complicated moves to learn, top-notch instructors and music that begs your legs to pedal.  Getting into the best shape of your life has never been more fun!

Spin and Core:  Fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Participating in this class will enhance your speed, strength, stamina and best of all burn lots of calories. Improve your physical health and well being and join us for a ride! The class will finish with some core work ( abs & back) and stretching. 

Stretch and Core: Are you looking to improve flexibility, relieve stress, improve range of motion, increase circulation, and strengthen your core (abdomen & back)?  Then this is the class for you!  Join us for this relaxing and energizing class.    Strong seniors –Low impact aerobic & strength training in a fun and relaxed small group.  Emphasis on body strength, stamina, flexibility, balance, mobility & posture.

Yoga/Pilates:  An infusion of Yoga and Pilates. Work your core and stretch your muscles to help strengthen and lengthen. Relieve stress, improve flexibility, improve circulation, and increase core strength. All levels welcome.
