Even though there may be short term goals, thinking in terms of "for life" can allow a person to make the necessary changes over time by simply making them fit into their own lifestyle. Just doing the right things most of the time on a consistent basis brings results without all the extra pressure we tend to place on ourselves.
I provide my clients with the knowledge, guidance, support, and motivation that will allow them to explore their own fitness potential. My goal is to design workout programs that are fun, safe, effective and efficient so that my clients stick to the program for the long haul.
My clients enjoy workouts that integrate functional strength training, flexibility, core stability, balance training, and cardiovascular training.
